Despite the monsoons we heard during warm-up, we enjoyed a great turn out and, in my humble opinion, a very receptive audience who enjoyed a truly entertaining show,. All who I spoke to afterwards in the lobby were very complimentary of our efforts.
A huge thanks to Pete, in particular, and to everyone else for all your help before and after the performance. It was my pleasure to serve as both Emcee and Chorus Member. Now, let’s get ready to knock ‘em out of their seats in Oxford, AL! Until next time, KTTWS! SteveG
Well, another show is in the bag! With it being the first Annual Show in three years, I think we have something to be proud of, and it takes more than most people know to make this happen. Yes, some people put more effort and more time into it than others, and that's okay. Some have the time and motivation to do just that. Bottom line is that it takes ALL of us to make it come together and give the audience what they are expecting.
Speaking of the audience, we had roughly 250 attending. That seems to be a usual good number for us. On the financial side it looks good so far. Still have ticket and/or ad monies to be collected and we should have those numbers soon. Thanks again to EVERYONE who participated and made this a success.
If you have compliments or concerns about the show, please don't hesitate to let them be known, either publicly or privately. I have an open ear. Pete [Photograph by Marek Von Czenkow]
