What a great week for our Chorus! Many men contributed to the distribution of right at 60 Singing Valentines! Almost 40 attended a very enjoyable Installation Dinner and saw Chuck Wilson receive the President’s Award and Jimmy Tompkins have The BOTY bestowed upon him. Both the food and service were outstanding as well.
Now, let’s turn our attention to singing our two Contest numbers to the best of every man’s ability next month. Keep inviting men to join us. Until next week, KTWWS!
Board Meeting: Monday, February 19, 6 PM @ Ponder’s. We will discuss the District’s proposal before discussions with the Chorus as a whole. Steve Grubb
Wow! What an honor. I was completely surprised at our installation dinner this past Friday night about receiving the Barbershopper of the Year award. I am so excited to be honored in this way and look forward to the days ahead for the Choo Choo Chorus!
I am also greatly encouraged by your singing! You guys are bringing it each week! We are having guests and they are contributing to our sound as well!
Remember to get registered for the convention ASAP and make sure your BHS dues are current.
I'll see you on Thursday! Jimmy Tompkins

A Big Thanks and Hats Off to all of the singers and the same to those setting up Tuesday night. Pete, once again, Thank You for coordinating another successful Valentines Day!
This is the Chorus Overview that we use for promotional purposes:
o We sing in close four part harmony over the Greater Chattanooga Area for a wide range of venues.
o We bring Joy to audiences and support local charities.
o We enjoy singing during Thursday rehearsals among a Brotherhood of Friends.
Our Officer Induction Party last Friday felt like a Celebration of our Brotherhood of Friends!
Bill, thank you for a Great Job - you did Good!
Finally, Congratulations for Jimmy Tompkins as Barber Shopper of the year! So well deserved! We all Thank You Jimmy for all that you are doing - almost 4 years now! Somehow, we seem to improve a little from one week to the next. Yet over this time period we are achieving something Truly Wonderful! All we can do is follow your lead and keep on improving, one week at a time! Rich Wilson
