Great work on your performance this past week. If you were not here you've got quite a bit to catch up on!
We'll refresh our "visual plan" on "Blue Skies" (BK) this week as well as spend time working on how to tell the story of "Let the Rest of the World Go By"
I'll send a separate email to the chorus with the visual notes for "Blue Skies". Please review those before Thursday! Jimmy
We are supporting the Candlelighters Golf Tournament on Saturday October 14 at Harrison Bay with at least one foursome, possibly two. Any golfers wanting to play, please contact me. So far, Jimmy, Steve Grubb and I are planning to play. Chorus members play for free!
Also, we are looking for a quartet willing to sing after play during lunch. No money, but Brand Awareness and a free lunch! If you would like to support the Chorus by singing, please let me know! Thanks, Rich 423-310-5334
Originally from La Crosse, Wisconsin. USMC from '73-77. Moved to Nashville in 1982 after college graduating from University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, then to Chattanooga in 1987.
I started singing in Elementary school - both in school and church, with my first solo in 5th grade. Joined my first Adult Choir in 6th grade as a Soprano. Currently sing in two church choirs every Sunday, and am a member of the Joyful Sounds Senior Community Choir. First Barbershop singing I've done. Wish I had started earlier. Dan Peterson
